Avail 50% rebate on TM application

Government fees on Trademark Application for entities such as Company, Partnership Firm, and LLP are higher compared to individual and proprietorship firms. These entities may claim a 50% rebate on the government fees by submission of the MSME registration certificate. Similarly, there's a rebate prescribed in Patent registration also.

Protection against Delayed payment of Buyers

The owner of a sole proprietorship isn't required to file a separate business tax report. The business is going to be taxed at the rates applied to non-public income, and not corporate tax rates. this means huge tax savings.
